Sunday Diary Entry - Logan

Sunday was mostly about talking about how much Dallas sucks, driving home, and hemp. The hemp stands were interesting because most of them only sold hemp products; they did not demonstrate how hemp can be used in industry. One stand showed the different fibers, proteins and uses for hemp in an industrial setting, and honestly, it was really cool to see. There was even a prototype of a bicycle made out of hemp. There was also a man who tried to sell Nicole some CBD oil- an excessive amount for a ridiculous price- but completely underestimated how in depth she could interrogate about CBD. It was honestly kind of funny to watch him crumble under her interrogation because he treated us like we were stupid kids instead of educated college students that can think critically and ask questions. It was completely opposite from the people yesterday who treated us with respect.
